What happen after I cancel my subscription?

You will go back to your free subscription and have access to only free resources or videos. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to MY ACCOUNT, select "Subscription" on the left and click the "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" button.

What do I get with my subscription - monthly/yearly?

You will have unlimited access to all of our courses, have support from us and have access to the exercise files and completed version files of those courses.

Do I get a Cetificate of Completion at the end of a course?

No. Right now we don't provide Certificates of Completion.

Can I download copies of my invoices?

Yes, of course. Go to MY ACCOUNT > Invoices > Download

Where do I update my payment details?

Simply go to "MY ACCOUNT", click the "Payment Method" tab on the left and you'll get there.

Where can I get my subscription details?

Simply go to "MY ACCOUNT", click the "Subscription" tab. There you can cancel or update your subscription.

How can I change my user password?

Go to "MY ACCOUNT", click the "General" tab on the left of the page. Yo will then see the relevant password fields at the bottom of the page.
